1. Overview

Welcome to grabfield! This Terms of Use Agreement (hereafter referred to as the 'Terms') governs your use of Peerborough, Inc.'s AI-powered document assistant service, grabfield (the 'Service'). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and understand that they constitute a legally binding agreement.

2. Service Plans

grabfield offers two subscription plans:

  • Trial: Access to selected features from the Paid Plan for a limited time period.
  • Paid Plan: Access to advanced functionalities for a fee, available on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

3. Billing and Refund Policy

Billing Cycle: The Paid Plan is billed on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the user's choice.

Refund Policy: Users of the Paid Plan may request a refund within 30 days from the start of the subscription. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team.

4. User Obligations

  • Users agree to use the Service solely for personal or business purposes and may not resell or redistribute the Service to third parties.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
  • Users agree to abide by all applicable laws and these Terms when using the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Peerborough, Inc. strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service through grabfield, we do not guarantee the Service's uninterrupted operation or absence of errors. We are not liable for any service interruptions, errors, or data loss that may occur.

6. Changes to Terms

Peerborough, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms as needed and will provide notice of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
